How long does the lesson last?
It takes between one hour and half and two hours and it has two parts: We start with the theory on the sand where we gonna learn the theory and understand what's the goal of this session and after we go to the water were we gonna take practice of what we just learned.

Am I too old/young to surf?
There is no age limit for surfing. You can come and surf with us no matter how old you are!

What's the best season of the year to visit Costa Rica?
We are lucky that the conditions for surfing are good all year round but Costa Rica does have two main seasons: the rainy one and the dry one. If you want to make sure that you'll get all sunny days, the dry season starts in December and lasts until April.

What's the best time of the day to surf?
The conditions of the waves change everyday and there are many aspects to contemplate, such as wind, swell, tides. We're gonna check those conditions to make sure we pick the best moment of the day to have the lesson the day you want it.

Do I need to bring something in particular to the lesson?
No, just bring swimwear and lots of energy to surf!

Is the equipment included in the lesson?
We provide the board and rash guards, but remember to bring sunscreen and beach clothes!
